Privacy Policy
Identity Partners ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent about how we use it. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how we store it, and your rights in relation to it.
Who we are
Identity Partners is a relational identity practice operating in the United Kingdom and Australia. For the purposes of UK GDPR, we are the data controller for personal information collected through this website and our practice. You can contact us at simon@identitypartners.uk.
What information we collect
We collect personal information only when you provide it to us directly. This includes your name and email address when you contact us, any information you share in a message or enquiry, and basic session notes if you work with us as a client (held separately and securely). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising networks, or third-party analytics tools that collect personal data.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange and conduct sessions if you become a client, and maintain basic records of our work together where relevant. We do not use your information for marketing purposes, and we do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
Legal basis for processing
Under UK GDPR, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: legitimate interests (to respond to enquiries and conduct our practice); contract (to fulfil our obligations if you engage us as a client); legal obligation (where we are required by law to retain or disclose information); and consent (where you have explicitly agreed to a specific use of your data).
How we store your information
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Email communications are stored within our secure email accounts. Any session notes are stored in password-protected files and are not shared with third parties except in the circumstances described in our Confidentiality Policy. We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.
Sharing your information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. We may share information where you have given us explicit consent to do so; where we are legally required to do so (see our Confidentiality Policy); or with service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at simon@identitypartners.uk. We will respond within one month.
Cookies
This website uses only essential technical cookies necessary for the site to function. We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics purposes. No consent is required for essential cookies under UK GDPR.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
Complaints
